We accept a variety of funding sources — visit our Funding page for a full list. Please set up your funding method before your first appointment by emailing admin@speechease.ca — otherwise, you may need to pay out of pocket for your session.
💳 Direct Billing
We offer direct billing to many major insurance providers, though coverage varies by insurer and practitioner. Check if your insurer is direct bill eligible here before your appointment, or ask our team to confirm. If you have coverage for one of our services but are not eligible for direct billing, you can submit your receipt directly to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

⏰ Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a fee.
