Speech Language Pathologist
Queeny received her Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of British Columbia. She finds great joy in working with children and values the meaningful relationships she builds with both her clients and their families. Queeny is RASP certified and has experience supporting pediatric clients in both in-person and telehealth settings.
Her clinical interests include early language development, speech sound disorders, autism, literacy (e.g., reading), narrative language, and fluency (e.g., stuttering). Queeny has completed specialized training in DIRFloortime® and is a certified Basic DIRFloortime Practitioner, as well as a trained SOS Feeding Therapist. She has also received additional training in speech sound disorders, play-based therapy, gestalt language processing, and the Lidcombe Program for young children who stutter.
Queeny is passionate about providing individualized, evidence-based care grounded in each child’s strengths. She works closely with families and is committed to creating a supportive space where children can develop social-emotional and functional skills and participate more fully in
activities that are meaningful to them.
Queeny is dedicated to serving clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. She is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, trying new restaurants, and going on evening strolls.
